Once you press submit, Exam Services will verify your proctor’s eligibility. To protect the integrity of its exam monitoring system, Exam Services reserves the right to reject any proposed proctor or any previously approved proctor.

If your proctor is rejected, you will need to select a different proctor and submit a new request form for consideration and approval. Once your proctor is approved, Exam Services will notify you. More detailed information about the process can be found on our website.
